Psychotherapy for Couples
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy for couples addresses the couple issues in two different perspectives. The first one is about the current problem and how it has built up. This is a way to understand the communication within the couple which is a leading cause of couple’s issues. It addresses the current reality of the couple.
The second perspective is to find what is withheld at a less conscious level in the couple’s dynamic. It’s about retracing the couple’s history from the beginning in the light of their individual past.
In that way, everything is addressed in order to free the couple from their past and helping them build new synergies.
